With nearly three decades of hands-on experience in Transport, Logistics, and Parcel Delivery, Angelo founded Tetris Labour Hire to bring a people-first, industry-driven approach to staffing. From driving forklifts and sorting freight to managing large-scale operations, he has lived and breathed the challenges his clients face. Today, Angelo leads Tetris across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, ensuring clients receive flexible, reliable staffing solutions backed by real industry insight. His transferable skills extend beyond logistics, allowing Tetris to support industries including FMCG, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production, Warehousing, and Distribution. Known for his “undercover boss” style of leadership, he builds strong workplace cultures where teams love coming to work, solving challenges, and exceeding expectations. His vision is simple: to be big enough to deliver, but small enough to care.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and brings over 15 years of finance experience across manufacturing, construction, and labour hire. He is skilled in all aspects of finance, from day-to-day management to implementing new financial and business systems that improve operations. Passionate about continuous learning, Chris values building strong relationships with management, clients, staff, and key stakeholders—making him a trusted advisor and integral part of the Tetris team.

With over five years of experience in the labour hire industry, Alexia has developed a strong foundation in workforce management, client relations, and operational efficiency. Beginning her career as a Recruitment Resourcer at Tetris Labour Hire, she gained hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, compliance management, and the strategic placement of skilled and unskilled workers, before progressing into client engagement.

Throughout her career, Alexia has built long-term relationships with clients and candidates, developed a deep understanding of workforce needs, and consistently delivered results in fast-paced, high-demand environments. Through dedication to growth and professional development, she advanced to her current position as NSW & VIC Branch Manager.

In this role, Alexia oversees daily operations, leads high-performing teams, and ensures the seamless delivery of staffing solutions across multiple sectors. Her experience has strengthened her leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills while providing valuable insights into industry trends, workforce planning, and the importance of agility within the labour hire sector.

Neil brings real, hands-on experience to the Tetris team. Having worked his way through the ranks as a Freight Sorter, Forklift Operator, Team Leader, and Operations Manager at a leading parcel delivery company, he knows the industry inside out. He has managed shifts of more than 100 casual staff, ensuring smooth operations in high-pressure environments. At Tetris, Neil applies that same expertise—overseeing multiple sites, consulting directly with clients, and leading teams on the ground. His ability to balance strategy with hands-on leadership makes him one of our key high achievers and a trusted partner for both our clients and casual workforce.

Aaliyah brings a rare mix of operational know-how and people-focused care to Tetris. With over 10 years in warehousing and distribution as a pick packer, LO, LF, and High Reach operator, she understands the demands of frontline work firsthand. She has also spent three years in community services and more than four years specialising in nutrition and health, supporting people in achieving their wellbeing goals. At Tetris, Aaliyah not only serves as Victorian Branch 2IC but also drives health and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring our teams are supported, engaged, and set up for success.

With a Bachelor’s in Criminology and Conflict Resolution and five years in health insurance as a Consultant, Specialist, and Subject Matter Expert, Iutoi blends analytical skill with people-focused expertise. Since moving into recruitment, he has specialised in cold storage, transport, and warehousing distribution centres — understanding their challenges, placing quality candidates, and building trusted client relationships. Proving himself as a natural team leader within Tetris, he is quickly becoming a key contributor to both client success and team growth.

Bridie brings a strong background in blue-collar recruitment, specialising in warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics. She is highly skilled in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in fast-paced environments, while managing end-to-end recruitment processes. With a focus on building lasting client relationships, Bridie ensures both clients and candidates receive the right fit and long-term support.

Samiksha brings 3.5 years of HR operations and recruitment experience, specialising in end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and candidate engagement. She has also worked hands-on as a pick packer and tugger operator for one of our platinum clients, giving her a unique blend of practical floor knowledge and recruitment expertise. At Tetris, she is focused on building strong client relationships while supporting candidates and delivering people-first, efficient solutions.

Tamara brings a diverse background across customer service, call centres, dental assisting, and recruitment, along with her current studies in Criminology. She has also worked in FMCG as a pick packer, gaining valuable firsthand experience in meeting strict KPIs and thriving in fast-paced environments. With strong communication skills and an empathetic, professional approach, Tamara’s industry understanding and people-first mindset make her a true value add to the Tetris team.

Lara holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and brings strong people-focused skills that transfer seamlessly into recruitment. She is passionate about connecting with candidates, supporting them through the hiring process, and building meaningful relationships. Lara also conducts site visits to understand client operations firsthand, ensuring she knows exactly what’s needed for a successful candidate fit.

Ryan brings both academic and practical expertise to his role at Tetris. With a degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and experience in a top-tier courier and freight company, he has built strong collaboration skills and deep warehousing knowledge. He now applies this to helping people secure work, grow professionally, and supporting clients with tailored staffing solutions that meet high-throughput demands.

Jessica has built nearly five years of experience in logistics, developing strong operational insight into warehousing and distribution. Now as a Resourcer with Tetris, she applies that knowledge to help candidates find the right opportunities and support clients with reliable staffing solutions. Her industry background allows her to connect people with roles that match both their skills and aspirations.

Jorgina has over a year’s experience in payroll and has recently expanded into recruitment support. With a background in hospitality, she developed strong customer service skills and a keen eye for detail — qualities she now applies to ensuring payroll accuracy and candidate care. Her adaptability and people-focused approach make her a growing strength within the Tetris team.

Shirley is a skilled payroll professional with expertise in Awards, EBAs, tax, superannuation, and leave entitlements. Proficient in platforms such as FastTrack360, Sage Micropay, and Xero, she ensures accuracy and compliance in every detail. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Shirley bridges communication effectively across teams, providing clear and supportive service to employees, managers, and finance departments. Her precision and people skills underpin the smooth operations that Tetris Labour Hire prides itself on.
